 독일 IF 2006 Concept Award / Innovative Award (상금 3000유로)를 수상한 송봉규 (국민대, 삼성전자), 김민수 (한양대) 두분의 Music in the rain - audio umbrella... 특히, 특이한 형태로 벽에 우산을 고정시킬수 있으면서, 스피커 역할도 하는 크래들이 무척이나 신선하다.
컨셉설명 : 사람들은 비 오는 날 음악을 듣는 것을 좋아한다, 왜냐하면 비가 주는 특별한 분위기가 있기 때문이다.우산속 에서 듣는 음악은 또 색다른 느낌을 전한다. 우산의 돔 형태의 구조는 음악을 모아주는 형태로 적합하며, 우산의 손잡이는 음악을 콘트롤 하기에 좋은 역할을 한다. 사람들은 가끔 무의식적으로 우산을 돌리곤 하는데, 이 동작은 음악을 고르는 FW/RV기능을 하며, 비가 오지 않을 때에는 거실에 있는 거치대에 놓고 음악을 들을 수도 있다.

  "Music in the rain"

It’s very special feeling to listen to music on a rainy day. Rain, it makes people sentimental. Especially listening to music under an umbrella with a person you love gives us big emotion. The dome structure of umbrellas allows sound to be more concentrated, and a handle of umbrella could be a great part for controlling the music. Sometimes people spin an umbrella unconsciously. If you spin this umbrella to left or right, the music will move forward (right turn) or reverse (left turn). Unfortunately even though it is not raining, you still can use this umbrella. You can just put it in the corner of your living room with cradle, and then also you can enjoy the music from speakers of cradle.]       얼마전에는 책꽂이 형태의 데스크탑으로 미국에서 대상을 수상하더니 이번엔 우산으로 독일에서 수상자가 나왔군요 한국 디자인의 미래가 밝습니다... 이런 창조적 생각을 위해 우리는 무엇을 배워야 할것인가?
