This Japanese house designed by Mizuishi Architects Atelier is somehow large enough for a family of three.

That’s despite it only being 594-square-feet and an abnormally shaped property.

The home was built on a triangle shaped lot. The price for the land was affordable, but it had it’s limitations house. Adding three levels of windows gives the illusion of more space using natural lighting.

 

Could a family really live in here?

 

Yes, yes they can.

 

The loft has been converted into a children’s playroom.

 

The loft-style vaulted ceilings also make the living space seem much more roomier.

 

The ground floor packs in a bedroom, living area, and kitchen.

The studio bedroom has 2 beds in an open space, giving it a larger feel as there are no walls.

 

There is a curtain divider for some privacy.

 

 

Plenty of kitchen space.

 

The amenities and sleek design give it a modern feel.
