[스크랩] 증권거래소를 공공기관으로 지정한 멍청한 정부
모든 언론의 관심이 용산 참사와 연쇄살해범에 집중되어 있던 어제 오후, 중요해 보이는 기사 2가지가 반짝하더니 관심에서 사라졌습니다.
- 금감원 공공기관 지정해제
- 증권거래소 공공기관 지정
금융감독원 : "금융기관의 건전성을 확보하고 공정한 시장질서를 확립하며 금융소비자를 보호하기 위하여 각종 금융기관의 업무 및 재산상황에 대하여 검사하고 위반사항이 있는 경우에는 제재를 가한다"
이런 감독 기관은 공공기관에서 해제..반면, 정부의 지분이 전혀 없는 순수 민간기업인 증권 거래소는 공공기관화? OECD 국가중 증권거래소가 공공기관인 곳은 한곳도 없으며, 그마나 슬로바키아는 정부 지분이 반이 있는 슬로바키아만 정부 관여가 있을뿐이라는데.
이게 뭣하는 걸일까….
그렇게 신자유주의며, 친기업이며, 시장 경제며 주구장창 떠들면서 정작 민간기업을 공공기관화 하자는 건 뭐냐? 대충 증권거래소에 또 낙하산 부대 떨어뜨리고는 시장은 지들 마음대로 주무르고, 감독관리하는 부분은 빼버리겠다는건가?
가뜩이나 셀코리아 심화로 11년만에 경상수지 적자에, 통계가 시작된 이래 사상최대폭의 외국자본 순유출이 있었다는데, 이나라 요모양이니 투자하지 말고 떠나시오 하고 등떠미는구나. 뽀나스로 대북관계 악화까지...
고환율과 주가하락, 물가상승, 연쇄도산.... 뭐 계속되겠구먼. 그래서 결국 니뽕에다 셀코리아하겠다는 거지 맹박상 씨발...

Yesterday's decision to bring Korea's bourse under state supervision has indeed landed Seoul in the same boat as Bratislava and raises yet another question mark over whether Korea is moving the right way, politically and economically.

South Koreans bristle at comparison with Slovakia

When Seoul's stock exchange grumbles that South Korea has become like Slovakia, its words are meant to sting a government that yearns to be accepted as an advanced economy.
Yesterday's decision to bring Korea's bourse under state supervision has indeed landed Seoul in the same boat as Bratislava and raises yet another question mark over whether Korea is moving the right way, politically and economically.
It certainly won't help the government's attempt to be considered as an Asian financial hub.
Kim Dae-jung, a former president, complained earlier this month that democracy was backsliding in Korea and even conservative allies of Lee Myung-bak, the president, privately moan the country is sending many wrong signals to the outside world.
Korea has made phenomenal progress since its first democratic elections in 1987, but recent months have exposed niggling concerns.

South Korea has also sparked intermittent spats with members of the foreign media by booting them out of briefings on North Korea's nuclear weapons programme and addressing on-ly the local press.
